Oak Recruitment & Consulting was founded by Alexander Papadakis, who after getting hands on experience in trades himself, then started in Property Recruitment around 10 years ago at Gough Recruitment.

Over the next 5 or so years, Alexander then went on to become Gough Recruitment's highest performing / billing consultant across the entire international business, before being offered a Director role at Gough Recruitment, and then making the decision to establish Oak Recruitment & Consulting around 4 years ago.

Thus, Oak Recruitment & Consulting was established and has grown, now with many hundreds of successful placements.
