Recruitment Fees:

1. The recruitment fee for positions with expected salaries under $150,000 AUD / annum is 15% + GST of the candidate's annual salary package including superannuation & allowances.

2. The recruitment fee for roles with expected salaries over $150,000 AUD / annum is 18% + GST of the candidate's annual salary package including superannuation & allowances.

3. The recruitment fee is payable via bank transfer & due 7 days after the candidate commences work. Other payment methods may be able to be organised if required.

4. Retained search options may also apply or be available, pending the position and requirements.

Over the next 5 or so years, Alexander then went on to become Gough Recruitment's highest performing / billing consultant across the entire international business, before being offered a Director role at Gough Recruitment, and then making the decision to establish Oak Recruitment & Consulting around 4 years ago.
